**Laser Tag: Good activity for all ages 5+; height/weight restrictions don’t apply to aerials.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes. Coolers are welcome. Alcohol is not permitted.

What should guests wear?

Closed-toe athletic shoes and comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Long hair tied back; glasses straps recommended.

## Safety & Staff

Your child’s safety is our top priority. All activities are supervised by trained instructors who lead guests through the process of gear fitting, practice on a lower element, and age-appropriate challenges. We monitor weather and evaluate each guest’s comfort level, providing ground-based options when necessary.

## What to Expect on Arrival

Arrival & Check-In: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time so we can confirm waivers and finalize your headcount.
Gear & Briefing: Guests are fitted for harnesses/helmets (if applicable) and practice basic skills on a lower-level element.
Guided Fun: Our staff manage rotations to minimize waiting time and ensure everyone gets multiple turns.
Celebrate:  Return to your party space to eat cake, take photos, and open presents.

✅ Send the **waiver link** to parents 3–5 days prior to the party
✅ Remind guests to wear **closed-toe athletic shoes**
✅ Label coolers, cake boxes, etc.
✅ Bring candles/lighter, plates/utensils, and a trash bag for gift wrap
✅ Assign one adult to be your **photo captain** (or purchase our photo package)

Food, Drinks & Décor

Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. Please keep decorations simple (no confetti, glitter, or helium balloon releases). We have a water station; ask about our pizza & drinks bundle or s’mores kit add-ons for an even easier set-up.

Group Sizes & Guide Ratios

We typically see birthday groups with **8 to 50 guests**. We staff to the activity so that rotations move quickly and every child is able to participate safely. We can accommodate larger groups with additional guides, just let us know your final headcount when you book.
