Teambuilding initiatives and programs at Butter and Egg Adventures are designed to engage participants in challenging situations that are metaphors for problems and situations they face in everyday life. (Jim Cain and Barry Jolliff:  Teamwork & Teamplay) Activities are structured to be mentally, emotionally, and/or physically challenging. This means that participants may stand on their feet, bend, stretch, or move more than they do in a typical day. Activities are held primarily outdoors which may include dealing with heat, cold, humidity, insects, or sunlight. While facilitators try to make use of comfortable conditions (i.e., shade instead of direct sunlight in summer months) and work to accommodate disabilities that are disclosed in advance, the foundation of challenge and adventure programming is just as stated….to create some level of challenge so that individuals will stretch their comfort zones and learn something new. Please prepare your group, in advance of the event day, with this information and encourage questions they may have. All group members should be encouraged to participate to the best of their abilities, and they can trust that facilitators will not intentionally place them in embarrassing situations. Facilitated Teambuilding Program using Low Ropes Challenge Course (www.butterandeggadventures.com/low-ropes-challenge-course) , Woodland Encounter (www.butterandeggadventures.com/teamwork-woodland-encounter-course ) team course and/or mobile props.

 

Large groups will be divided into smaller groups, using multiple facilitators.  Water & cups are provided outdoors.
