A New Chapter for Butter and Egg Adventures

Butter and Egg Adventures welcomes new owners

Friends and family,

After 25 incredible years of building, growing, and sharing Butter and Egg Adventures and MVP Training Center with our friends, family, and community, we are delighted to announce a new chapter for Butter and Egg Adventures.

On January 1, 2026, ownership and day-to-day operations will be officially transferred from Susan and Ron Pierce to daughter Natalie Carnleyand son-in-law Gatlin Carnley.

Celebrating the past

For over 25 years, Ron and Susan worked tirelessly to grow and develop a family-owned adventure park in Alabama where zip lines, aerial adventures, corporate retreats, and team building events could come to life.

Ron and Susan have spent decades working together in Student Services at Troy University, which helped provide the foundation of care, growth, connection, and memories to come.

“It has been a joy and a privilege to have met so many wonderful guests over the years, and watch this 48-acre facility come alive. We know Butter and Egg Adventures is in the best of hands,” said Ron and Susan.

 Embracing the future

While new to running their own business, Natalie and Gatlin have been with Butter and Egg Adventures for many years. They are both experienced, successful, and passionate about building community and creating memories.

Natalie and Gatlin are ready to help the next generation of guests build memories, connect, and grow together through outdoor adventures in Troy, AL.

“Having complete confidence in Natalie and Gatlin, we know they will continue to provide the same great service, warm hospitality, and incredible adventures to our loyal guests, as well as to the many new customers who will discover Butter and Egg Adventures in the years to come,” said Ron and Susan.
